The art …. to be Honest!

[The art to forgive] [The art to live] [The art to change another] [The art to be a human being] [The art to love other]

I

Not to lie isn't easy.

It isn't easy to lie either.

Thinking of, what you are going to say can make you forget how to say it.

The language of the body is more, true than the language of the words.

A good liar need to have a good memory need to be inventive and a presence of mind

and need a talent for quickly to adjust reality to the lie if there is a risk for disclosure.

If you aren't clever enough to make a good lie it's cleverer not to lie.

If you are clever enough to make good lie you don't have to lie.

II

In the beginning the words were true because nobody had taught us to lie.

 III

A white lie can spare other from an unpleasant truth

and spare yourself from an unpleasant critic.

The one who say the most isn't always the one who has most to say.

Misleading is done by the one who says something he doesn't know

for not to admit that he doesn't know.

Double standards are to deliver weapons and condemn the war.

To be a born liar is always to talk about something else.

Old excuses cannot be excused away by new excuses.

Half a truth is that part of the truth, which can make a half lie seemed truth

but it is always a shame to spoil a good fairytale by an unnecessary disclosure.

IV

The lie put off the inevitable meeting with the truth.

Every new lie put on - stone on stone until you have a wall so high

that you can't come up and you don't dare to jump down.

The one who built a house on frozen ground doesn't look forward to the spring.

It could demand courage to be honest and meet the reaction of the world.

It could demand more courage to hide the truth and live with the fear for disclosure.

V

To be honest is just to say it the way it is.

Rather you talk about honesty when it isn't there.

Earlier the honesty was built on faith and laws.

Now you see it when a lie is not lucrative.

VI

Hypocritical is not to be appalled at other people because they are doing

something you don't dare yourself.

If you want respect as an honesty person it is a good beginning to be one.

The unfaithfulness' problem is to keep track of that lies the action demands.

It will be more simply just to live in a way that you don't have to hide the way you live.

That could be exciting.

VII

Rather be hurt by a truth than flattered by a lie

because it is dangerous to go up to the sky before you can fly.

You could be ought to dare to take a rose without to fear to get thorns in your hand.

VIII

Perhaps you win by saying that, which you think I want to hear.

But how much will be said of what you really want to say?

Always mean what you say is better than always say what you mean.

To say the right is not always right.

To serve the truth in small pieces is like to docked puppy-tails

in one little piece at the time.

To serve the truth at once is like drowning the one

who needs a glass of water.

Clear information is a short-cut between two different point of views.

IX

To gossip is to talk about others fault and weakness

for avoiding to admit your own fault and weakness.

You can be tempted to take part in something you rather want to out-distance.

Rumours will stay forever because it has no head and no tail.

The one who will slander will always have a big audience.

X

Pretext is to mention a good reason to a bad act.

Hypocrisy is to hide a bad reason to a good act.

But who can know for sure if it is good or bad?

XI

You can win more trustiness through consequences than through honesty.

But how consequent can you be without being honest?

Any broken promise is a breach of your own rules -

Confidence to another, assume confidence to you.

Self-confidence is something you get if you keep your promises to yourself.

Your faith in another is the same as others faith in you.

Who dare believe in one who doesn't believe in him self?

Rather a disappointment now and then than never believe in anyone.

The one you have heard lie to another can not convince you when he talks to you

in the same tone.

Trustiness built up through many years can be spoiled in few seconds.

XII

Unreliability is, to say no by first saying yes and then do no.

Reliability is, never to make a promise, which isn't already carried out.

Rather a clear no than an un-clear yes.

The un-clearness talks a clear language.

Any broken promise is a retrospective lie.

To re-built broken trust is like to repair a splintered glass.

XIII

A credible lie sounds better than an un-credible truth.

Rather deny believing in what you see, than deny to see what you don't believe.

Nothing needs doubt - except the obviousness.

- You lie!

That's what the lie will say when it is threaten by the truth.

That pioneer who was never called a liar maybe was no such a pioneering person.

XIV

A prejudiced person is completely convinced in something he doesn't know.

A self-assured person will deny his own doubt.

No lie will be more truth by being believed.

The truth will still be truth even if you in doubt.

Martyr is the one who denying sacrifice his own truth.

XV

A self-assured person doesn't have to ask another person

before he dare believe in that, which he already knows.

The one who really knows do not have to convince anyone.

Faith can arise in - a wish for courage to admit - a wish for wisdom.

Blind faith is, when you replace your own faith with an others faith.

Trust is that faith which don't believe that you have to believe in a special faith

for to be a believer.

A description of a route can be longer than the route.

By missing agreement between map and country you can be tempted to believe the map.

By missing agreement between different maps you can have to find the way by yourself.

XVI

Behind any lie, there is a fear.

Overwhelming is, that problem you try to get rid of by denying that it exists.

If health were consistent with lie more of us would be healthy.

The point is to have the right sickness for that medicine you have.

If the truth was in the wine more of us were free already

The wine will more let the tongue speak than the heart.

XVII

To give must be better than to take - but you will cheat yourself and the receiver

if you give more than you have.

The one who lives for to fulfil others expectations have problems to fulfil his own.

A denied need will not be satisfied or will not be taken away.

XVIII

You despise another if your own weakness, prevent you to see your own weakness.

Self-delusion is to hide something from yourself that others already know.

Only a liar will allege that he never lies.

A person with an imagine illness have a real experience of being ill.

Imagine sadness also is sadness.

Imagine happy also is happy.

Imagine strength could be real weakness.

Imagine weakness could be real strength.

XIX

Trying to hide is to disclose that there's something to admit.

Self-control is to pretend to be that person you more wanted to be.

If you pretend to be another

you will not find out how you would be accepted if you had been you.

If you oppress yourself for to please another that part of you which you are oppressing

could  seem that way that you will not please anyone.

With beautiful masks we are misleading each other about how we feel

and about how we are doing.

If we take off the masks we will meet each other - presumably for the first time.

The result of that meeting we can't foresee.

That's why we wait……….

You will find a lot of people who has never meet another person.

XX

The truth for one could be a lie for another.

The number of different pictures at the same reality

is always the same as the number of those who see.

The naive believe in the good, which isn't there.

The distruster will always miss the good, which is there.

We are not always able to see that which we think we can't influence.

The picture of what we want, block us from seeing what we really have got.

It is all about to realize that we see something else than we are thinking we see.

It is good that you see - even if what you see isn't good.

If you want to see a more beautiful world it isn't enough to close your eyes.

The illusion is a picture of the reality, which isn't depending on the reality.

The world confirms our need for illusion.

If the truth were adapted to the market it would be more demanded - and less truth.

The whole you are working to preserve your illusions.

If you want to see the reality you need the whole you.

XXI

If you think you know how I am you treat me in the way you think I am.

Then I will be inspired to contradict you as you expect and you will say: - I told you!

If you prove right

no matter if you expect to meet an angel or a devil

it's all about to choose the right expectation.

XXII

Wishful thinking is to believe - think and act, as the reality already is the one you want.

If the wishful thinking would be realized it wasn't wishful thinking

but a prove in that faith which can move mountains.

Or it could be a pure coincidence but that doesn't matter.

XXIII

It's more easy to see an others fault than your own

because it's more difficult to bear with own faults than others.

No one get rid of their own truth by helping other to find their lies.

You can find cooks who don't eat their own soup.

The truth can be so painful that you prefer an illusion.

The illusion can be so painful that you prefer the truth.

That's why the truth isn't a question of moral but a question of well-being.

The truth releases you from what you don't have and give you what you already own.

We look for those who confirm our lies.

We end up with those who disclose our lies.

The crises of life is like a party where the truth appears as an uninvited guest

for later to be accepted as a member at the family.

To unburden your self is voluntary to replace an untenable lie with an embarrassing truth.

To meet yourself is, to accept your own truth and find a world

which isn't confined by fear of what other people may think.

XXIV

To tell a lie isn't half as stupid as it is to treat your self.

But you will only be honest to yourself if you don't have a need to lie to others.

 Epilogue.

The map isn't the route.

The truth about the truth isn't the truth.

Life can't be replaced by clever words of life.

It's more easy to write a book of honesty

than to be set by a good example.
